Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to Bloodlines: Fealty & Ruin, its website, worlds and community spaces. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and any specific rules displayed in each area.
Service in development
Bloodlines is in active development. Rules, balance, interface, worlds and availability may change. Current alpha access is free, but this does not mean that every future mode or service will be free. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or indefinite preservation of test or development worlds.
Account and conduct
You must provide valid information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity on your account. Harassment, impersonation, fraud, exploitation of bugs, unauthorised automation, improper access and conduct that harms people, the game or its infrastructure are prohibited.
Persistent worlds
Your decisions form part of shared worlds and may have lasting consequences. The death of rulers, succession, losses, conflicts and territorial changes are part of the game and do not by themselves create a right to restoration. We may correct faults, moderate abuse, archive worlds or make technical changes where necessary.
User content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, limited licence to host, reproduce and display it as needed to operate, moderate and preserve the service and its shared worlds. You must have sufficient rights to anything you publish.
Moderation and suspension
We may remove content and restrict, suspend or close accounts following breaches, security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will consider severity, repetition and context.
Liability and applicable law
The service is provided with reasonable care and within limits permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Spanish law applies, and competent courts are those determined by applicable rules.
